Your customer decides in half a second. I design that decision.

Strategy · CRM and automation · Growth and paid media · Digital presence · AI automation

That half second decides whether they buy or scroll past. I find what's holding them back—in your ads, your website or your follow-up—and I fix it myself, with no agency or junior team in between.

Monterrey, México You talk to me. I do the work. How your customer takes in an ad in half a second, in slow motion. Sample ad.

What I do

I don't sell marketing. I sell why your customer buys. Most buying decisions aren't rational—they're reactions to specific cues: how an offer is presented, the order the information appears in, what friction gets removed before asking for the click.

The lens

You see your whole ad. Your customer doesn't.

You've reviewed it ten times. Your customer gives it half a second: they see the image, two or three words and the price; the rest they don't even read. That's why the budget is rarely the problem: what fails is what they manage to see. This is the first thing I check:

In full, with everything you thought through. Sample ad.

Your reviews are where no one sees them.

Social proof

Your price has nothing to be compared against.

Price anchor

You ask for too much before letting people buy.

Friction

It's not clear what they lose if they put it off.

Loss aversion

The easiest thing to do isn't buying.

A behavioral diagnosis isn't worth much if someone else then half-translates it when executing it. That's why I run the entire full-stack operation directly: when the diagnosis says the CRM flow needs another touchpoint, I set it up myself.

Before you write

Questions I've already been asked.

How is a diagnosis different from hiring you as a full-stack partner?

The diagnosis is a one-time deliverable: it doesn't include execution or implementation, and it's not a retainer or an ongoing relationship. The full-stack partnership is the opposite—a monthly fee for ongoing, dedicated attention to all your digital marketing, not for one-off deliverables.

Do I need to already have a CRM or an active ad budget?

It depends on the service. For CRM and automation you should already have, or be choosing, a platform (Zoho, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) with at least 50 leads a month. For Growth and performance you need an active paid media budget on Meta or Google—it's not for getting your first leads for free with no budget.

How is the success of each service measured?

With the business KPIs we define together during onboarding and review every quarter—never vanity metrics reported just to justify the invoice.

Does fractional marketing leadership work for any team?

No. It requires the company to be willing to share real business information—budget, metrics, decisions. This service doesn't work halfway, and if your team isn't ready for that, I'll tell you on the first call.

Will AI automation replace my marketing team?

It doesn't replace human judgment on brand decisions or sensitive messaging. It's also not complex proprietary software development outside the scope of marketing—the goal is for your team to stop doing work a system should be doing, always with human review on top.

Does a website redesign include creating my brand from scratch?

No. It's built on what your brand already is, not invented—and it's not a single-campaign landing page, but a complete website with a real operation behind it.

Where do we start: a single service or a full diagnosis?
