Do I need to know how to code or pay for a tool?
You don't need to code. Internal bots are built in a Claude Project, a ChatGPT Project, or a Gemini Gem; their free plans have limits that the manual explains, with the date they were verified. Connecting a bot to WhatsApp through the API does cost money, and the manual tells you how much, no fine print.
Does it work if my bot is for selling, not customer service?
