Who is selling to you
Store products are sold by Oscar Garza, an individual registered for business activity in Mexico (persona física con actividad empresarial) who operates under the trade name “Tu Amigo el Mercadólogo,” with a business address in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. What the store sells
The store sells digital products: ebooks, templates, resource packs and online courses. There are no physical products and no shipping. Each product’s description, format and content are on its page; please read it before you buy.
Prices
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). Applicable taxes and the total to pay are shown in the cart before you confirm your purchase. The price you pay is the one shown when you complete your order; later price changes do not affect purchases already made.
Payment methods
We accept credit or debit card payments through Stripe and payments with a PayPal account. The charge is made directly by the payment processor; this site does not receive or store your card details. An order is considered confirmed when the processor approves the payment.
Delivery
Delivery is digital. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with the download or access link, and the product becomes available in My account. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to us with your order number.
Early-access products
Some products are sold in early access before they are complete. Their page states what you receive when you buy and what will be delivered later. If the promised content is not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund even if the 15 days of the Refund policy have passed.
License of use
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the product in your own business. You may use templates and structures to create your own content and ads. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the original files, or offer them as your own product.
Invoicing
If you need an invoice (CFDI, Mexico’s official electronic tax invoice), request it at [email protected] with your order number, RFC (Mexican taxpayer ID), name or legal business name, tax regime, tax postal code and CFDI use.
Refunds
All digital products come with a 15-day guarantee from the date of purchase. The conditions are in the Refund policy.
Your rights as a consumer
These conditions do not limit the rights granted to you by the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law). If we cannot resolve a question directly, you may go to the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO, Mexico’s federal consumer protection agency).
