What they apply to
These terms apply to the online courses sold on this site by Oscar Garza, an individual registered for business activity in Mexico (persona física con actividad empresarial) who operates under the trade name “Tu Amigo el Mercadólogo,” with a business address in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. They are in addition to the Terms of sale and the Refund policy.
Lifetime access
Your enrollment includes lifetime access to the course: you can watch it at your own pace, as many times as you want, for as long as the course and the platform continue to exist. If a course is ever withdrawn, we will notify you by email in advance so you can finish it and download any downloadable materials it includes.
Your account is personal
Access is for one person only. Do not share your username, password or the course content. If we detect shared access or redistribution of the content, we may suspend the account without a refund. If you need access for a team, write to us so we can give you an appropriate license.
Content and updates
Courses may be updated to stay current: we may add, reorder or replace lessons. Updates to a course you have already bought are included in your access.
The content is educational. Applying it is your decision, and results depend on your business; no course guarantees income or specific results.
Intellectual property
Course videos, texts, templates and materials are owned by the site owner. You may use what you learn and the templates in your own business; you may not record, download (except for materials marked as downloadable), resell, publish or reproduce the course.
Certificates of completion
When a course includes a certificate of completion, it certifies that you completed the course. It is a private recognition: it has no official validity before the Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP, Mexico’s Ministry of Public Education) and is not equivalent to a degree or professional certification.
Community and comments
If the course includes comments, live sessions or a community, respect is expected. We may remove comments or suspend anyone who posts offensive or discriminatory content, spam or other people’s personal data.
Technical requirements
You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. If you have trouble accessing, write to us and we will fix it; if it cannot be fixed, the technical-failure refund in the Refund policy applies.
Guarantee
Courses have the same 15-day guarantee as all digital products. Once refunded, access is removed. See the Refund policy.
